Husson University men’s basketball graduate student Justice Kendall, junior Jeremy Moronta and senior J Thomas were named to the North Atlantic Conference All-Conference team on Thursday.
Kendall capped of an impressive season earning NAC all-conference first team honors after averaging 14.2 points and 2.7 rebounds per game and tallying 84 assists, 25 steals and one block, Kendall was named NAC Player of the Week once and earned Maine Men’s Basketball Coaches and Writers Association Player of the Week honors. Additionally, Kendall recorded his 1,000th point this season and finished top 20 in the NAC in scoring, fourth in assists with 3.8 per game and second with a 2.2 assist/turnover ratio.
Moronta earned all-conference third team honors after leading the Eagles with 14.8 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. He tallied 62 assists, 46 steals and 15 blocks. Moronta was named NAC player of the Week once and finished 15th in the conference in scoring, 11th in rebounds per game as a guard, third in shot percentage at 52.7 percent and also ranked top 25 in the conference in steals, blocks and assists per game.
Additionally, Thomas was selected to the NAC sportsmanship team.
