Former Bangor High School standout and current Husson Eagles player, Matt Holmes will compete in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.
They begin the tournament against Kean Cougars.
The first game is on Friday, May 16 at 11 a.m.
The University of Maine track and field team secured four top-10 finishes at MIT’s Sean Collier Invitational on April 17-18. Strong performances came from distance runners across multiple events as they prepare for their next meet at the Penn Relays.
The University of Maine track and field team finished second overall at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational on April 18 with six event victories across track and field disciplines. Several athletes achieved top placements ahead of their next meet at the Penn Relays.
The University of Maine women’s track and field team placed fifth at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational on April 18th with several top-ten finishes across sprinting and field events. The Black Bears will next compete at the Penn Relays starting April 23rd.
