The administrative team at the Penobscot County Jail wanted to do something to thank their dedicated staff. They traded in their uniforms and decided to cook and serve a traditional barbecue to their staff including, all four shifts over two days.
Great work by all involved! With all the great grilling happening, may be a new food truck is in the plans !
We truly appreciate our staff. The physical plant simply doesn't fit today's correctional needs, it only adds to the challenges of this profession. Our admin team and staff continue to work toward the mission.
