The North Atlantic Conference announced its third week of weekly awards on Monday and Husson University men's soccer junior Mosi Masimango was named NAC Defensive Player of the Week.
With the award, Masimango made it back-to-back weeks that the Eagles men's soccer program has won defensive player of the week joining sophomore Alex Rechsteiner who won the award that week.
Masimango wins the award after helping Husson finished 1-0 on the week in conference action limiting Thomas College to just one shot attempt in a 2-0 shutout victory. Masimango played a large part in the Eagles defensive presence and limited the Terriers ability to reach the Eagles back line.
