EMCC Culinary Arts Graduate Marilou (LuLu) Ranta ’16 will have her restaurant The Quarry -in Monson, ME- featured on The Dish with Jeff Glor of CBS Saturday Morning on October 8, 2022.
LuLu is seen in the photo below with Glor, her daughter Esa and husband Billy who make this venture a true family endeavor. Her son Gunnar (a 2021 EMCC Fire Science graduate), can also be found in the kitchen when at home - He is currently serving our country in the Air Force.
