Today we had the honor of making new memories for someone who has old memories of his time serving at Dow Air Force Base in Bangor. The Herndon's called the Chamber from their home in Florida months ago to arrange a trip back to Bangor for a visit of the former base. We rolled out the red carpet for them! Thanks to the team at Bangor International Airport the Maine Troop Greeters & Museum and the The Maine Air National Guard. It was an honor to hear the stories of his service and his time serving in Bangor.
