Inmate search function is back online.
During the past several weeks we experienced technical issues with the inmate search function on our mobile app and website.
This has proven to be a major challenge for our IT department and the two outside vendors involved. It is back online other than the photo portion. We are in hopes to have this last part resolved very soon.
This temporary shutdown shows the value of the mobile app and the amount of users accessing it. We heard from victims, health organizations, attorneys , businesses, family members and the community.
We appreciate the hard work of the IT department as this is not a simple plug and play system. We look forward to continuing the update and upgrade, hopefully with no other issues.
