The Husson University women's soccer team landed another commitment to its 2023-24 recruiting class. WF West High School defender Taylor Isom has committed to attend Husson in the Fall of 2023.
Isom, a native of Chehalis, Washington was a four-year varsity defender who brings experience to the Eagles backline after playing 10 years of club soccer for Blackhills FC.
Isom plans to study pre-med at Husson, "I decided to attend Husson because of the new cultural opportunities and the atmosphere," said Isom. "I can see it all around the school, it's an atmosphere I want to become a part of, and can be thanks to James Charette, my club coach who helped me get into Husson."
Isom is the fourth commitment the Eagles have announced this winter including Ella Hosford, Paige Dunn and Rylee Speed. All four players will join a women's soccer program that won the NAC east division championship this past fall and finished as the NAC tournament runner-up. Additionally, the Eagles produced NAC player of the year (Natalie Aviolla), rookie of the year (Addi Laslie) and defensive player of the year (Caley Nault).
