On Thursday evening, June 30, 2022, Cumberland County Sheriff's Office Chaplain, Reverend Jeff McIlwain, gave the invocation at the National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) Annual President's Banquet in Kansas City, MO.

Reverend McIlwain was asked by the NSA President, Fayette County OH Sheriff Vernon Stanforth, to do the invocation in honor of Reverend McIlwain's NSA 2022 Chaplain of the Year award.

We at the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office are very proud of Reverend Jeff and his distinction of Chaplain of the Year. Reverend Jeff has served the Sheriff's Office employees, inmates and many more with spiritual guidance when needed.
